The 3 Signs You’re Exhausted [The Connection to Swollen Eyes]

The 3 Signs of Exhaustion

How Are Swollen Eyes and Kidneys Connected?

The other week I was at Fox 40 supporting their viewers on how to de-stress the body when living with the Go Go Go Syndrome. This was my third time being on their sound stage and I was appreciative that they invited me back. My focus for the day… exhaustion.

At least 80% of my incoming client’s are battling an overly exhausted mind and body. Here are the signs that your body is struggling:

  1. Overly tired
  2. Irritability
  3. Restless sleep
    • Lack of sleep is considered a public epidemic.
    • 50-70 million people are suffering from a sleep disorder.

Exhaustion is also linked with anxiety with fear in not accomplishing everything that needs to be done for the day. Stimulants can be your success, at first, when tiredness sets in. But the truth is that the innocent looking jump start that starts off your day with success can be one of the main reasons that fatigue will set in. It’s called “borrowing from the energy bank”. This is when you don’t have energy but with a stimulant you force the body to Go Go Go.

So let me help you find a better solution than eating and drinking high sugar and caffeine content so that you can stop the yo yo drug addiction of stimulants.

I do see in my client’s that there is no stopping them in their busy lifestyle… probably the same for you based on the latest research.  “Recent studies paints a grim picture of overworked and over-stressed and working longer hours.”

This is when you may start seeing the swelling under the eyes start to occur displaying that the water system is imbalanced. A good tip  to combat this lack of sleep condition, is getting a new mattress at this Mattress Sale toronto based store, when sleeping on a firmer surface, the bones absorb most of the pressure, meaning there is less stress on muscles, veins and arteries. Muscles are less strained, and circulation is improved. A firm mattress also keeps your lower back from collapsing, which could allow for more oxygen intake while sleeping.Jul 6, 2020

Once the water system is off then the kidneys and bladder start to struggle too. The main area on your body that usually occurs first is under the eyes swelling. Any swelling during the waking hours?

Additional signs that the kidneys may be struggling:

  • Top of the head headaches
  • Tension in the back of the neck and/or head
  • Back of the legs getting spasms and/ or feeling tighter than normal
  • Outside of the foot from pinky toe to heal feeling achy or burning…

How to holistically start your journey to stop the swelling and the chronic pain that can occur…

Knowing the facts are important when deciding the next steps. So increasing your water is a must if you have not been drinking at least your minimum of eight glasses of 8 fluid ounces plus increasing for physical workouts, etc. The next step is discovering the foods that work on balancing the water system so that the kidneys are not stuck and struggling.

FOOD: A great food/tea to be drinking is the Schisandra Berry Tea. This vine can be purchased at your local health food store and is native to Northeast China. This berry tea is interesting in taste too because you have all five flavors as you are drinking:

  • Bitter
  • Pungent
  • Salt
  • Sour
  • Sweet

With it’s wild wonderful taste we also get great benefits that will calm the emotional side of the water being off such as fear and trepidation.

You will start to notice your emotions becoming more centered once the body is de-clogged such as increased confidence and the bad signs as stated above starting to reverse.

Here my client’s testimonial after we started balancing her water system and allowing the kidneys and bladder to function the way that they need to function for full body health. You will hear some of Ana’s stress in the above information about what emotionally happens when your water system is not balanced. Here’s Ana’s story:
