Get your “Quick FIT workout” with an intense leg workout that is going to lift that booty. You will finish off with an intense plank segment that will push even the best of “plankers” out there!  There are 3 different levels for this FIT Muscle Membership that starts from 15 minutes all the way to an 1.5 hours +.

No equipment needed.

Add “Get Your 1 hr FIT On” and you will have a total full hour of workouts that will add the second layer and you have a full hour workout with your level I & II. The 2nd layer of workouts will give you a head to toe workout.
Equipment: weights & Body Ball.

Purchase Weights & Body Ball (if you do not have them available) for this workout.

“Muscle Yoga” is a great way to add another layer to your 30 days of workouts. Enjoy this unique workout with a smooth muscle /yoga blend. This is a total body workout with the emphasis on core strength.
