Greek Salad Recipe, Keep It Colorful


As you know eating your vegetables is vital to your energy.  Without those crunchy fibrous foods in your body somehow you lose your luster.  Let me help you get your vibrant self back into the pep of things.  Keep it colorful and you will get the antioxidants that you need to clean up your body too.  Enjoy!


4 Large Ripe Tomatoes

2 Medium English cucumber

1 Small Purple Onion

2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro

4 oz Low Fat Feta Cheese, crumbled

2 Cloves Garlic, passed through a garlic press

2 Tbsp Dried Oregano

2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Pinch of Sea Salt



1) Cut all vegetables and combine into a bowl

2) Drizzle with Lemon and Olive Oil

3) Gently toss
