Maple Dijon Vinaigrette

Prep Time: 5 minutes

1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard (I put a little extra)
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup maple syrup
a couple pinches of sea salt and pepper
1 cup of olive oil

Blend first 4 ingredients in a food processor or with a whisk.
Slowly add oil while mixing to emulsify.
