Results?

Yesterday I did a 1on1 with a member that had kept telling me that she was feeling great but she was on a plateau and a bit frustrated. So we talked and went through her diet day by day. Besides working out 3 times a week with me she also has made positive changes in her diet and her stomach hurts less often with her IBS. Then we did her measurements and relative to past month…

her waistline shrunk more than an inch
her body fat went down more than 1 percent

WHAT GREAT CHANGES

But without doing all our measurements and testing her body fat and only using the scale as an indicator she would not have realized all the GREAT results that she has attained.

With her waistline going down that is an indicator that she is getting her diet in line and every workout she comes in ready to work HARD.
