The Green Drink

The Green Drink:

1 cup of fresh kale
Coconut Milk
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1/2 avocado
1/2 apple
1/2 banana
Truvia (optional if you need the drink a bit sweeter)

This drink will give you the vegetables and fiber that you need to start your day. By adding more vegetabels to purify your blood you may decrease your body odor, think faster, have more energy, among many other things.
