- Work straight on your muscle with a heavy weight.
- Go across your muscle with a lighter weight (watch the link below to learn about “across your muscle” is.
- Keep your shoulders in place so your workout stays in the arms and not into the shoulder, this can be tricky.
- Do between 3 and 4 repetitions once you get your routine together.
