1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 large onion quartered and sliced
2 cloves of garlic chopped finely
1/2 Bell Pepper
1/2 Squash
1/2 cup of any variety of mushrooms (you can use 1 type if only have)
1/2 cup of Edamame (extract out of the pods or purchase already extracted)
Corn Tortillas
1/2 cup of dry white wine

Directions:
depending on what type of pan you are using will depend on the temperature of our stove. You want to have a sizzling effect when you add your vegetables. If using a wok put up high.
1. Mix your fajitas mix and set aside.
2. Warm up Olive Oil
3. Sautee onions for about 1 minute once oil is warm
4. Add garlic and sautee for about 1 minute
5. Add the remaining vegetables
6. Cook for 1 minute
7. Add wine & Fajitas mix
8. Warm up tortillas
