What Is In Your Supplements?
Take a daily supplement for optimal health. Why? The soil that our food is grown in does not have a big kick of nutrients like it used to. That is why there is a need to add your daily supplements. And make it a food and herb supplement so your body will digest it efficiently. And… it is just that food and herbs no synthetic stuff, yuck!
When purchasing your supplements make sure to look at the ingredients and even if it uses the term “Natural” it doesn’t mean it is ALL NATURAL. Take a look at the list and then review your supplement(s).
Make sure that your supplement does not have these ingredients:
Asorbic acid
Calcium Carbonate
Calcium lactate
Chromium picolinate
Cyanocobalamin
Folic Acid
Magnesium oxide
Niacin
Pantothenic acid
Thiamin HCL (or thiamin hydochloride)
Thiamin mononitrate
Pyridoxine hydrochloride
Vitamin A acetate
Vitamin A palmitate
Vitamin E acetate
Zinc oxide
