Jacob is 8 Years Old and my son. I am very proud of him for being open to learning about healthy foods and staying active. Jacob love’s to Rock Climb and just recently he went to Disneyland/California Adventure and he rode on the California Screamin which was his first upside down roller coaster and he loved it! He could not stop talking about the roller coaster for over 2 hours NONSTOP.
Jacob’s accomplishments:
– He runs with the evening group from time to time
– He runs on the track with his sister, Kiki and they keep track of their laps by using a blank piece of paper and a single whole punch.
– He participated in the Mileage Club at his school and ran about 31 miles this year.
