There have been many youth’s working out in the studio. Here are some highlights of a few to give you an idea of what the studio’s youths are learning from their workouts and/or diet discussions.
I have been doing a variety of workouts Plyometrics, yoga, kickboxing, Pilates, free weights, etc. I have learned that vegetables are key in energy and nutrients. While fruits are healthy, more vegetables (especially in the morning) give me a great start to my day and make me feel better throughout.
Riley has been a wonderful edition to the studio. She has been very busy during her Junior year at Pleasant Grove High School. Thank you very much Riley for being apart of this studio. Your focus is going to get you wherever you want to get in life.
